Educational Purpose
We train confectionery and bakery experts to lead the confectionery/bakery and restaurant industries through our practice-oriented curriculum using our specialized practice facilities and diverse educational programs.
Our students learn expert knowledge in the areas of confectionery/bakery and the food/restaurant industry, gain diverse field experience, and acquire expert skills in recent areas of rising interest such as cake decoration, chocolate art, bread art, sugar art, and sugar crafting.
Also, in order to offer more diverse specialty development, we train real confectionery/bakery experts through our barista program which prepares students for small entrepreneurships such as coffee houses or cake houses.
